  1. I guess I'm the lone ranger. Matt Holliday jacks one out, 1-0 Cards.

  2. Brenly saying LaRussa told him Pujols and Holliday struggled late in September because they were going for personal milestones after clinching the division.

    ReplyDelete
  3. Ludwick at 1st, 0 out.

"Important to get points on the board early." Brenly meaning runs

    ReplyDelete
  4. 6-4-3 double play gets the Dodgers out of the inning.

    ReplyDelete
  5. Another 1-2-3 inning for Wainwright, 1-0 Cards after 2.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Full count to the pitcher Wainwright...flies out.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Lugo dumps a double just inside the line.

    ReplyDelete
  8. 2 out, Pujols up, base open...Intentional walk

  10. Blake spins and throws Holliday out to end the inning.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Stockton pointed out Pujols has the most intentional walks in a season for a right-handed batter.

    ReplyDelete
  12. My computer is burping again. 1-0 Cards, Bottom of 4th. 11 up, 11 down for Wainwright.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Perfect game, no-hitter, shutout, and lead gone on one pitch. Ether homers, 1-1.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Manny grounds out to Pujols to end the inning.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Brenly: "For those of you in the digital age who don't know what a clock is, it's a round thing that has numbers and the big hand points to the minutes and the little hand points to the hours"

Stockton: "So thats what that is? Thanks for reminding me!"

    Baseball broadcasting for idiots

  16. I am never going to that ATDHE website again for free internet hockey streams. It is a virus machine.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Beh. I'm back and I have not even started those chapters. Miserable, miserable day for me.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Sherrill's in. Kt must be happy!

    ReplyDelete
  19. I'm watching the innagrual UFL game between the San Francisco team and the Las Vegas team.

Jim Fassel and Dennis Green though are both wearing some sweat ass shirts. They look like professional bowlers.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Dodgers win on a 9th inning walkoff basehit.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Why couldn't the Phillies do that earlier today?

    /Bitter Phillies fan'd.

    ReplyDelete
  22. If the Phillies make the NLCS (and at this point, that's a huge IF), I think I'd rather play the Dodgers than the Cards. Sure the Dodgers can light you up offensively, but so can the Cards and I worry much more about Carpenter and Wainwright than I do the Dodgers starting pitchers.

You follow the Dodgers much more than I do, do you think the Dodgers pitching staff this year should scare the Phillies?

    ReplyDelete
  23. @Yes they should scare the Phillies. They might not have a Lincecum or a Lee, but they have guys like Moyer. The type of guys who just keep grinding away and make location pitches.

Those are the guys that can frustrate a team. And a team like Philly, who strikes out a lot, they could get to the Phillies.

  24. CB Bucknor just blew a call at first base. So let's see: terrible umpiring, terrible baserunning, & terrible fielding. MLB Postseason: I live for this.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Angels now threating in the 5th. 1st & 3rd 1 out.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Torii Hunter: 3 run bomb!

    3-0 Angels

    ReplyDelete
  27. damnit I'm going to party even if I'm the only one here...

    ReplyDelete
  28. I'm sorry kt. I hate both of these teams and refuse to watch the TBS broadcast because Orsillo is calling the game.

Plus the Sharks game is on.

    ReplyDelete
  29. I understand Keith, but you're wrong about Orsillo. This is the best broadcast TBS has had so far.

    ReplyDelete
  30. the question must be asked: how much $ does CB Bucknor have riding on the Angels tonight? he just blew his second call at 1st base.

    ReplyDelete
  31. @ kt1000: I can't stand Buck Martinez's voice. Besides, I have not really been watching. Other things outside the scope of sports have sort of gotten me into a shell and I'm not in the mood for baseball right now.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Great full extension catch by Ellsbury!

    ReplyDelete
  33. @JFein i'm sorry to hear about that. hope things get better.

as to Buck Martinez you build up an immunity after listening to him on your team's games for 6 years.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Two huge fights in the Sharks game tonight.

Also I see Twitter is blowing up crushing CB.

    ReplyDelete
  35. and now the Angels have the sacks full and no one out...

really makes you wonder about the umpire "ratings" if hacks like CB,Angel Hernandez, and Balkin' Bob Davidson are umpiring in the playoffs.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Angel Campos was also umping a game. He sucks to.

    ReplyDelete
  37. single for Morales! 1 in on the hit and a throwing error on Jason Bay plates another. 5-0 Angels

    ReplyDelete
  38. Morales Out at the plate! end of 7 at Anaheim!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Danny Heatley is making me forget about Jonathon Cheechoo.

And I never thought I would say that.

    ReplyDelete
  40. and Lackey is out after 7.1 innings of shutout ball.

    ReplyDelete
  41. My cousin went to high school with Lackey in Abilene, Texas. They didn't know each other though.

    ReplyDelete
  42. thats pretty much why everyone thinks he's a mortal lock to sign with Texas this offseason.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Yep! I hate the man, because he shut out the Giants in Game 7 of the 02 World Series.

    ReplyDelete
  44. you hold a grudge like an east coast fan!

    ReplyDelete
  45. Trust me kt, we hold grudges here in NoCal.

    I'm still pissed about:
    - Adam Walker's fumble against Green Bay in the playoffs in 95.
    - The 02 World Series
    - The 02 Western Conference Finals.

We hold grudges with the best of them.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Adam Walker was the one that kept the 49ers from repeating, right?

    ReplyDelete
  47. @kt, yep

Danny Heatley just scored a hat trick for the Sharks. Hats are everywhere in the Shark Tank.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Heatley was a great pickup for the Sharks, especially considering Cheechoo's collapse the past couple of years.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Cheech was a fan favorite, but he needed a change of scenery.

And yes Heatley was a great pickup for Sharks.

    ReplyDelete
  50. good night Keith...i'm going to sleep
