Tonight the Celtics look to even up the series with the Lakers. The Celtics still have two home games in the series to take advantage of. A win tonight for the Celtics and this series will most likely go seven. And win for the Lakers and this series might not even have to go back to Los Angeles.
The referees for Game 4 is once again the story before the game. How the NBA decides who refs each Finals game is utterly ridiculous. The NBA grades the refs throughout the season and the best 12 refs are chosen for the Finals. Only one problem though, refs like Bennett Salvatore and Joey Crawford are two of refs in the NBA. That doesn't say much about the referees in the NBA if Salvatore and Crawford are considered two of the best 12 refs in the league.
Enjoy the game, leave comments and don't be a troll.
RJBO said he won't be around tonight because of a graduation he had to go to.
ReplyDeleteI am officially shocked that Bavetta was somehow not "one of the top 12." Who's the NBA's go to man now?
ReplyDelete@kt1000: Remember Salvatore reffed that infamous Game 5 between Dallas and Miami in the finals. Him and Bavetta are equally bad.
ReplyDeleteThat had to be one of the worst renditions of the National Anthem, I've ever heard.
ReplyDeleteHyperbole Alert! Dr. Jack and Hubie Brown announcing this game together on the radio.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a Lakers fan, but how that wasn't a loose ball foul on Nate Robinson against Farmar is beyond me.

Big Baby drooling made me laugh.

ReplyDeleteYou have to love that ref waiting until AFTER Kobe missed that 3 to decided that the foul happened before the shot.

ReplyDeleteKobe is the new Tom Brady. If you breathe on him, it's a foul
