The Most Hawk Harrelson Call Ever?

Last Saturday Phillip Humber threw a perfect game for the White Sox. Homerific Sox announcer Hawk Harrelson didn't get to call that game because it was on Fox. So you just knew he would be totally over-the-top with his call when Paul Konerko hit his 400th home run. And it sure was.

"HELL YES!" Gotta love Hawk. The man is a gigantic homer and isn't afraid to let you know it. Which is unclear is that the most Hawk Harrelson call ever?

My favorite part of this game yesterday though was when Yoenis Cespedes tied the game with a 14th inning home run. Hawk sounded suicidal. Then the A's would go on to win the game with a walk-off hit and Hawk didn't say a thing. The classic Hawk Harrelson that makes RJBO smile.

  1. How many people were hoping he would say 'FUCK YEAH!'?

  2. I didn't hear the audio of his call like for Humber's perfect game, but I'm sure Ed Farmer congratulated Paulie for hitting the homer "here at U.S. Cellular Field."
