Texas 3, Detroit 2, 11 Innings: Texas is basically winning every game with their great offense and pitching. They certainly don't need help from the umpires but got it on Sunday. With the bases loaded, Alberto Gonzalez squared to bunt. He hit the ball but it ricochet off his knee. Instead of being called a foul ball the umpire signaled fair and the game-winning run scored for the Rangers. (Somewhere in a dark room RJBO is screaming, "I TOLD YOU THE TIGERS AREN'T THAT GOOD!")
Baltimore 3, Anaheim 3, 10 Innings: I don't know if the Orioles are better than what everyone thought they would be or the Angels are overrated? Maybe it's a little bit of both with these teams. Right now though the Orioles are a half game out of first place while the Angels are dead last and seven games out in the AL West. (Somewhere in a dark room Kris is screaming, "MLB won't allow the Orioles to finish with a better record than the Orioles!")
Philadelphia 1, San Diego 6: Speaking of last place teams, the Phillies lost two in a row to San Diego over the weekend. The Phillies scored a grand total of two runs during those two loses and eight runs during the four-game series. The Phillies are second to last in runs scored this season. Don't worry though Phillies fans, I'm sure 30-year olds Ryan Howard and Chase Utley will solve everything. (Justin won't listen to me, but the Phillies have morphed into the Giants. Great pitching, crappy hitting. And the pitching won't be enough to make the playoffs.)
Minnesota 2, Tampa Bay 6: I loved the first line of the AP recap for this game,"The Minnesota Twins are becoming concerned with Francisco Liriano's struggles." Liriano isn't the only pitcher the Twins should worry about it. Their pitching staff is second to last in team ERA on the season and they probably won't improve at all this year.
Toronto 5, Kansas City 3: The Royals have lost 10 games in row including 9 in a row at home. In fact the Royals haven't won a home game yet this year and if they lose tomorrow to Toronto, they'll go the entire month of April without a win at home. And on this homestand the Royals have been on the wrong end of a triple play and a home base steal. Only the Royals.
St. Louis 5, Pittsburgh 1: Speaking of bad offenses, the Pirates are horrendous offensively. They only mustered six hits and no walks against the Cardinals on Sunday. I feel bad for their pitching staff because they're not that bad of a group.
Los Angeles 0, Houston 12: About time a team gave the Dodgers an ass whipping they deserve. Jordan Schafer hit a grand slam and Carlos Lee hit a two-run home run. Wandy Rodriguez and two Astros relievers combined to shut out the trolley Dodgers.
Cleveland 1, Oakland 5: I honestly try and watch A's games. I feel bad they have to go through all this San Jose/stadium nonsense but it's so damn hard watching them. The A's might have one of the most boring teams to watch. Besides Cespedes is there any reason to honestly watch this team?
Chicago 7, Seattle 4: One day after being perfect game'd the Mariners did the right thing and laid down for the sweep against the White Sox. Alex Rios drove in three runs for the Good Guys and John Danks picked up the victory.
Cincinnati 4, Chicago 3: If it wasn't for the horrendous Royals, the Cubs would be the worst team in the majors. You know you're watching a bad team when a player on the team (Geovany Soto) commits two errors on one play that leads to the game-winning run for the opposing team and two relievers combine for two walks and one hits bats men.
Dale Sveum Fail Quote: From the AP: ''We walked the leadoff guy and everything kind of snowballed,'' Cubs manager Dale Sveum said. ''They were giving us outs (on bunts) and we didn't get the outs on the bunts.'' At least he admits that bunting is just giving away outs.

The A's should bring back the white shoes look.
