Bud Selig though needs this expansion of the playoffs. It's not like he doesn't have a flawed drug testing policy that needs adjusting or anything like that to work on. The arcane blackout rules for their TV and Internet packages don't need to be fixed either.

ReplyDeleteNo kidding, with more to come, especially if the Generalissimo gets his 18 game NFL schedule or Bubbas (at least one) wanting a 128-team Tournament, there will always be more efforts to get as many eggs out of the Golden Goose.
Worst of all, Bud can't possibly think he can always replicate the completely organic and epic 'last day of the 2011 season,' can he?
Sadly, I am pretty sure Bud does think that.
