One year ago today was the greatest moment of my life. The San Francisco Giants beat the Texas Rangers 3-1 in Game 5 to become the World Series Champions. Edgar Renteria was the MVP of the series after he hit the game-winning three-run home run off of Cliff Lee in the 7th inning. Tim Lincecum pitched 8 brilliant innings in Game 5 and Brian Wilson closed out the game.
2010 was a magical year for all Giants fans. The Giants finally did something that Willie Mays, Willie McCovey, and Barry Bonds could never do, win the World Series. It still brings a smile to my face.
