Videos of the Weekend

Another great weekend in sports and thankfully some of the biggest moments have been recorded on video. Here are the videos of the weekend.

The most controversial call of the weekend happened in Arizona. With the Giants down and driving, Victor Cruz caught a ball and looked like he fumbled. Only the refs said that Cruz "gave himself up" on that play. Kind of like when a QB slides after getting a first down. As you can see with this video though, there's no way Cruz "gave himself up" on this play. (Via Sports Grid)

On the first offensive play of the game by the New York Jets, Ed Reed sacked Mark Sanchez which lead to a fumble and touchdown. (Via SB Nation)

The Chiefs may have won on Sunday, but that didn't stop Todd Haley and Matt Cassel from barking with each other on the sideline. Very familiar to the June Jones vs Jeff George sideline fight. (Via Mock Session)

The Cowboys had blown a huge lead to the Detroit Lions but they had time to drive down the field to score. One problem though, someone forgot to tell Felix Jones what down it is. Felix Jones ran out of bounds on 4th down, nowhere near the first down marker. Everyone was confused on the play including Joe Buck. (Via Mock Session)

The Dream Team Eagles blew another big second half lead on Sunday, this time against the 49ers. Ronnie Brown didn't help matters when he tried a Tim Tebow impression with a jump pass. Not surprisingly it backfired in Brown's face. (Via Mock Session)

  1. I see the NFL has nuked a couple of the videos already. They don't want you to know Joe Buck embarrassed himself.

  2. Even Pam Ward is less clueless than Joe Buck & Aikman were in that video.
