Update: Timmy wins his second Cy Young and in back-to-back years.

Deservedly so. Lincecum dominated in nearly every important pitching category. Wins are irrelevant, just ask the guys from Fire Joe Morgan. Lincecum allowed the fewest walks, lead the league in strikeouts and innings and was second in ERA. He deserved this award and there is nothing you can say that says he didn't deserve the award.
