- The seats were truly in the nose bleeds. I was in the third to last row of seats at the very top of the arena. Not the greatest the seats, but they were free so I can't really complain because free is me.
- Not a sellout, but there was plenty of fans last night that made their presence known at the arena. There was "Here We Stay" and "Sacramento" chants heard throughout the upper section where I was sitting.
- There of course was the one asshole in the lower section decked out in Angels gear (Giants fans are still bitter about 02, even after winning this past year's World Series) and holding a "Welcome to Anaheim" sign. This guy was lucky he was escorted out of the building by security because I thought seriously someone was going to pound this guy into the pavement.
- DeMarcus Cousins had a nice night scoring 28 points and grabbing 11 rebounds including four offensive rebounds. This was a nice sign because he had struggled lately.
- Donte Greene was the worst of the night. He went 0-for in field goals and three point shots. He literally shot the Kings in the foot.
- Marcus Thornton needs to start. He scored another 26 points after scoring 29 points on Monday. Time for him to be in the starting lineup while Tyreke Evans is hurt.
Now some pictures of the night. Sorry for the quality of some of the pictures.
I was in Section 217. We should meet up next time.
ReplyDeleteFirst, you drive all the way from Visalia for the Kings game? Second, sure we should meet. E-Mail me the next time you're going to a game.
ReplyDeleteI work in Sac during the week and live in Visalia on the weekends. It's a pain in the ass, but I've done in now for 10 years.
ReplyDeleteI'll e-mail you the next time I'm going to a Kings game.
