Jimmer Fredette Nails a Half-Court Shot and 47 Points Against Utah
Since the college football season is over, it's time to shift focus to college basketball. One thing I have noticed about this season of college basketball is that the season couldn't be less compelling. The incoming Freshman this year haven't lived up to expectations, cough Harrison Barnes cough, and there isn't that one really dominating team. College basketball so far is just plain boring.
There's one player though and one team that can save this season, Jimmer Fredette and BYU. Fredette scored 47 points last night in Salt Lake City against BYU's rival Utah. Fredette and BYU is a story to keep close attention on. Fredette is leading the nation in scoring while the Cougars only have one loss on the year and sit 11th in the nation. While the college basketball season may be boring overall, Fredette and BYU are definitely a story to pay close attention to. Of course if you could find the channel where BYU plays, then maybe you could watch them.
