ReplyDeleteBasically, he took a fireball to his body and still ended up wresting in the match suffering only what is considered to be equatable to a sunburned chest.
You can't tell from the camera angle the WWE had placed on him at the time and Michael Cole was completely oblivious to the fact citing his quick taking off the jacket and running to the ring as an eagerness to defend his championship. But from this video below taken from a fan in the stands, you can clearly see him end up in a huge fireball.
