Foul Ball is your daily baseball recap
4 A's 2 Rangers: This game had everything. A pitcher throwing a fit and getting kicked out and a sweet home run saving catch. Ryan Sweeney of the A's robbed Ian Kinsler of a three-run home run in the eighth inning, preserving the win for the A's. Rangers reliever Eddie Guardado was ejected from the game when he was already taken out of the game. He threw both his glove and hat into the stands before he made his way to the locker room. Also beleaguered A's hitter Matt Holliday hit his first home run of the season.

8 Royals 6 Blue Jays: Royals catcher John Buck hit two triples and drove in five runs to help Kansas City beat Toronto. The Blue Jays didn't help themselves by grounding into SIX double plays. Kyle Davies picked up the win for the Royals who improve their record to 12-10.

Worst of the Night:
Eddie Guardado gets a nod for his act after being taken out of the game.
The Toronto Blue Jays hit into six double plays in their loss to Kansas City. I am not joking!
Angels reliever Just Speier blew the game by allowing the Yankees to score three runs. His father doesn't approve.
Not only did the Red Sox only manage one hit in the game against Tampa Bay, but they gave up 18 hits and 13 runs. Worst of all, Josh Beckett started the game for them.
San Diego left 10 men on base in their loss to the Dodgers
Arizona had a bad night base running. First Justin Upton was picked off and John Wilson hit into a double play.
Vernon Wells Quote: Talking about Toronto hitting into six double plays against the Royals. “That’s a lot of double plays.” Yeah no shit!
Picture of the Night: Air Force One has now invaded Arlington, Texas!
