There was only five games played on Thursday. So let's take a look at some quick baseball news.

- Carlos Zambrano was suspended six games for his tirade. So he will miss one start.

- Brett Myers needs hip surgery

- Yankee sighting last night at the Cavaliers-Magic game last night.



3 Red Sox 1 Twins: The highlight of this game was four people being ejected during the game. Both managers and catchers were ejected during the game. Before Jason Varitek was ejected in the seventh inning, he hit two home runs.




2 Indians 1 Rays: Tampa Bay is real bad. How bad you say? So bad, they lost three in a row to Cleveland. Victor Martinez drove in both runs for the Indians.

5 Orioles 1 Tigers: Baltimore is hot enough to even stop the Tigers. After sweeping the hapless Toronto, Baltimore continues to win. Luke Scott homered twice and drove in four runs for Baltimore in the game. Nolan Reimold homered in the game, his third straight game with a home run. David Hernandez picked up the victory.

2 Dodgers 1 Cubs: Pitchers duel, Dodgers win, I am going to kill myself.

5 Diamondbacks 2 Braves: After being swept by the Giants, the Braves continue to lose to weak NL West teams. Kelly Johnson's error lead to four Arizona runs. Dan Haren went eight innings giving up seven hits and two runs.

Video of the Day: Here is Tommy in Detroit infamous call to the Jim Rome Show back in 2006. Jim in Fall River thought that call was weird.
