Inside the Paint: The Return of Iverson

Denver 93 Philadelphia 83
: While some people are excited that Allen Iverson is back with the Sixers, I wonder how they feel about the team losing it's 10th straight game? Iverson provided the spectacle but the Nuggets stole the show. Denver scored 14-straight points to start the fourth quarter, in which the Nuggets would blow by the Sixers and finish the quarter with 30 points. Iverson finished the night with 11 points and six assists. I'm sure by next week those six assists will be six extra points for the Not Answer.

Portland 84 New York 93: The Blazers were coming into this game without Oden and were actually down to only nine players that could suit up. LaMarcus Aldridge played in every minute of this game except for four. David Lee finished with a 17 and 10 for the Knicks and Larry Hughes finished with 21 points off the bench. The Knicks also won because they shot 50% from behind the arc.

San Antonio 101 Utah 104: What the hell has happened to the Spurs. They still have Tim Duncan, but are only 9-9 on the season? The usually spectacular Spurs defense was lacking last night allowing the Jazz to shoot 53% from the field and 63% from behind the arc. That isn't Spurs basketball. Carlos Boozer scored 27 points for the Jazz last night with a 10-for-18 shooting night. Somehow Bryon Russell's ghost keeps sneaking back into Utah.

Golden State 88 Oklahoma City 104
: Monta Ellis likes doing two things, shooting and turning over the ball. And he lead everyone last night with 31 points and 9 turnovers as the Warriors lost their fourth straight game. Thunder rookie Jame Harden scored a career high 26 points, all off the bench, while Kevin Durant scored 28 points. At this moment, the Thunder are the eighth seed in the Western Conference, one game ahead of the Spurs.

Create a Caption: It's laughable watching Iverson pretend to be a good teammate.
