I saw this play on Saturday night in the LSU-Arkansas game, and it still hurts me. LSU's Chad Jones hits Arkansas' Joe Adams with his helmet as Adams is catching a potential touchdown pass.
What's more amazing is that both players only took a play off and where back on the field after this play. If I was hit like that, I would have taken the next month off.
Also if you didn't know this story already, you will know. Adams suffered a stroke a couple of months ago. A stroke! He returned to play against South Carolina only three weeks after suffering that stroke. You think a little hit like the one Jones laid on him is keeping him back? No freaking way. Joe Adams: Man!
Not only did he come back the next play, but Adams was the guy who caught the then game-leading touchdown!
