Boston Bruins announcer Jack Edwards escapades are well documented. He gave us soundbyte after soundbyte all year long. And the playoffs are no different. Last night in a playoff game between the Boston Bruins and Montreal Canadiens, Edwards decided to give us a history lesson. After the Bruins scored a goal, which would ice the game, he compared the Bruins to "rag tag farmers" and the Canadiens to "red coats". Of course yesterday Patriot Day was celebrated in Boston. So a Revolutionary War history lesson is real important. Via Puck Daddy.....
That's great! Whether or not you like Edwards you have to love his over-the-top passion. Keep it up, Jack.
Got to love Jack Edwards.
