Ryan Leaf is Wanted in Texas

Yes, Ryan Leaf is a wanted man in the state of Texas. Leaf failed to turn himself in on burglary and drug charges.

A warrant for Leaf's arrest was issued on May 20, after a grand jury in Randall County, Texas, nine indictments against him involving his use of prescription painkiller medication.

“At one point he said he was going to turn himself in.He hasn't turned himself in yet, and if he gets picked uphe's going to be arrested,” Randall County prosecutor Lacy Miller said. “If he gets picked up out of our jurisdiction, then we will extradite him or use whatever means we have to get him back. Right now he is a wanted individual.”
I wonder if we will be watching America's Most Wanted, and we will see Ryan Leaf on the program?

Leaf was arrested last year after he supposedly broke into an apartment to steal Vicodin. Leaf also had been charged with trying to obtain a controlled substance by fraud and delivery of a simulated controlled substance to a West Texas A&M player. Leaf allegedly took the player's prescription Hydrocodone pills and replaced them with fakes.

Leaf's life story keeps getting more and more interesting. Born and raised in Montana. Leads Washington St. to the Rose Bowl. Drafted number 2 in the 1998 draft by the San Diego Chargers behind Peyton Manning. Flames out and becomes a drug addict and wanted in Texas. I don't if I should laugh or feel sorry for the guy? Either way I hope he can put his life back together after this is settled.
